Frequently Asked Questions about our Ordering Process
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship from our facility in 1-4 business days. Transit time depends on the ship to location, estimate 2-4 days transit in the continental United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number and estimated delivery date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
How will I know you received my order?
When you place your order online, you will receive an email notification from the National Museum of African American Music’s fulfillment center.
What if there is a question about my order?

International and Canada orders
Currently International Orders are not accepted.
I was charged twice for my order!
If you try to submit an order and it is declined for ANY reason it will show as a "Pending" order on your account but WILL NOT go through as payment. Every bank and/or credit card company has a different policy. You need to contact your bank to see when the charges will "fall off" your account. Only your credit card company can remove “pending” charges from your charge account.
What if I need to return my order?
In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk we will not be accepting returns of any opened merchandise until further notice. Due to the nature of their use, face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days of shipment with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned in their original condition.
To return products, you must email our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment; therefore, we strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on our Site.
